A plain account of what this website collects and why.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, such as a demo request, guide download, assessment results or newsletter sign-up, we store the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, and any optional fields you fill in.
With your submission we also store how you reached the site: the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the referring website, the page you first landed on, and the page you submitted from. We use this to understand which channels are useful. We store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo, if you asked for one
- To send you procurement updates, only if you ticked the box for them
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, in aggregate
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing
- We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site
- We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you opt in
