AI governance

AI assists. It never decides.

Public procurement decisions have to be explainable to a review board, a court and the public. DigiProcure uses AI to save procurement teams time and keeps every binding decision with a named, accountable person.

AI may

  • Draft documents
  • Summarise bids
  • Detect risks and anomalies
  • Identify missing documents
  • Suggest checks and observations

AI must not

  • Select a supplier
  • Override committee scores
  • Bypass an approval
  • Hide or change audit evidence
  • Modify submitted bid content
What it does

Help at the points where procurement slows down

Tender drafting

Draft descriptions, document outlines and full tender structures from a short brief. Use the Create Tender with AI builder, then edit the result in the normal wizard.

Compliance checklists

Generate checklists for supplier documents and tender compliance, matched to the procurement method and category.

Restrictive clause detection

Flags specifications that may narrow competition unfairly, such as brand names or over-specific requirements, before you publish.

Bid summaries

Summarises opened bid documents so evaluators find what matters faster. The scoring itself stays with them.

Guardrails

Every AI output can be traced

Auditors can reconstruct what the AI was asked, which model and prompt version answered, and what the person did with the answer.

  • AI never awards, scores, approves or changes submitted bid content
  • Every output is labelled “AI-generated, verify before use” and can be accepted, edited or rejected
  • Prompts are versioned, so you can trace any output to the exact prompt that produced it
  • Each call records the user, agency, feature, model, prompt version, output and decision
  • Each agency chooses its own AI provider, and provider keys are encrypted for that agency
  • Risk flags stay internal until they have been formally reviewed
